摘　　要：基于开放式创新环境下创新活动的知识需求特点,描述了开放式创新知识保障体系的内涵,从企业内部、市场利益相关者和外部知识联盟三大知识源构建了开放式创新知识保障体系总体模型,探讨了开放式创新知识保障体系的要素及功能,并阐释了其运作模式,为开放式创新的可持续发展提供知识支持。This paper makes the detailed description of the connotation of open innovation knowledge assurance system on the basis of. the knowledge requirement characteristics under the open innovation environment of innovation activities. Meanwhile, it builds the general model of open innovation knowledge assurance system from the internal, market stakeholders and external knowledge alliance. Finally, it discusses the elements and functions of open innovation knowledge assurance system, and explains its mode of operation in order to provide intellectual support for the sustainable development of open innovation.
