摘 要:目的:探讨电针夹脊穴对大鼠后肢血管的作用。方法:将Wistar大鼠固定,电针刺激背部L3~5夹脊穴,比较各阶段大鼠皮肤血流PU值的改变,ELISA法检测其血浆NO、ET-1、6-K-PGF1α、TXB2含量。结果:电针刺激L3~5夹脊穴可增加大鼠后肢皮肤血流PU值,累积刺激后大鼠血浆中NO、6-KPGF1α含量升高,ET-1、TXB2含量下降。结论:电针刺激L3~5夹脊穴可以诱导大鼠后肢皮肤血管舒张,机理可能与累积刺激改变大鼠血浆中舒缩血管物质的含量有关。Objective: To observe the effects of electro-acupuncture Jiaji points on skin blood flow in hind limbs of rats. Methods: Conscious Wistar rats were fixed and stimulated on dorsal L3 ~ 5Jiaji points by electro-acupuncture,and then the PU values of skin blood flow at different stages were compared,then,the ELISA method was used to determine the contents of NO,ET-1,6-K-PGF1αand TXB2. Results: Electro-acupuncturing dorsal L3 ~ 5Jiaji points can enhance the PU values of skin blood flow in hind limbs of rats. After accumulative stimulation,the contents of plasma NO and 6-K-PGF1αin rats were increased,while those of ET-1 and TXB2 were decreased. Conclusions: Electro-acupuncturing dorsal L3 ~ 5Jiaji points can enhance the vasodilation of rats hind limbs,that was related to changing the contents of plasma vasoconstrictor of rats.
