摘 要:目的:观察归素膏对衰老小鼠皮肤超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:实验以自然衰老模型小鼠为研究对象,采用背部外搽给药方式,通过硫代巴比妥酸荧光比色法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法检测小鼠皮肤MDA含量和SOD活性。结果:空白对照组、当归组和染料木素组相比较,归素膏可显著提高衰老小鼠皮肤SOD活性,降低衰老小鼠皮肤MDA含量。结论:归素膏能够提高衰老小鼠皮肤SOD活性、降低皮肤中MDA含量,进而延缓机体皮肤衰老。Objective: To observe the effects of Guisu cream on super oxide dismutase( SOD) activity and malondial dehyde( MDA) content in senile mice's skin. Methods: The experiment took the natural aging mice as models,the route of medication was outside applied,glucosinolates barbituric acid fluorescence colorimetric method and xanthine oxidase method were applied to observe the MDA content and SOD activity. Results: To compare with control group,Guisu cream can significantly raise mice's skin SOD activity,decrease MDA content. Conclusion: Guisu cream have the function of improving SOD activity and reducing MDA content in senile mice's skin.
