摘　　要：打顶是棉花生产过程中的一项重要农艺要求。针对人工打顶作业劳动强度大、效率低的情况,设计一种小型棉花打顶机。通过仿形控制装置及时反馈棉株高度,控制打顶高度,使打顶前后棉株高度轨迹趋于一致;设计防重复切割罩,解决了高棉株被重复切割的问题。该打顶机结构简单、质量轻、成本低,可满足棉花打顶农艺要求。Cotton topping is one important technique in cotton production process.Considering high labor intensity and low efficiency by artificial topping,a small cotton topping machine is designed.The profile controlling device timely feedbacks cotton plant height and controls topping height which makes the trajectory of the cotton height consistent before and after topping;the design of preventing repeat cutting shield avoided those high cotton plants repeated cutting.This machine has the feature of simple construction,light weight and low cost,can meet the agronomic requirements of cotton topping.
