摘  要:细胞的成活被认为是自体骨移植的基础。对骨修复的研究提示有另外一种骨形成方式。这种方式不依赖于原有细胞的存在。骨形成蛋白(BMP)能够通过诱导干细胞向骨细胞分化来形成骨组织。这种蛋白质诱导的细胞分化和组织再生过程称为细胞种植或组织种植。本文分析了骨修复的细胞学过程,以期探讨BMP成骨的生物学意义。血管内皮细胞在骨修复的启动阶段发挥重要作用,但不具备特异性。破骨细胞通过分泌BMP启动骨特异性修复。BMP成骨演示了蛋白质通过诱导干细胞分化导致特异性组织修复,这一过程也可能在其他组织中重复。The cell survival was considered to be the basis of autogenous bone graft. The studies of bone repair suggested another way of bone formation which was not dependent on the primary cells. Bone morphogenetic protein(BMP) could induce osteogenesis by osteogenic differentiation of stem cells. The protein-induced cell differentiation and tissue regeneration can be called cell seeding or tissue seeding. The cellular process of bone repair was reviewed to discuss the biological significance of the BMP. The vascular endothelial cells played the key role in the initial stage of bone repair, but this process was non-specific. The specific repair of bone was started by the osteoclasts via the secretion of BMP. The protein-induced specific tissue regeneration via stem cell differentiation which was illustrated by BMP-induced osteogenesis might also be reproduced by other tissues.
