摘　　要：地方本科院校的专业培养方案只有根据区域经济的发展、行业应用的背景、就业导向的趋势不断调整和完善,才能使该专业不断发展、富有生命力。在分析了长三角地区产业结构的变化对电气工程专业人才培养规格影响的基础上,阐述了地方院校电气工程及自动化专业方向的调整思路,提出了两个适应当地产业结构变化对人才需求的新型专业方向,并围绕专业规划方向给出了专业课程的设置特色及实践教学的建设思路。The specialty training plan in undergraduate colleges and universities is adjusted ceaselessly and perfect ed in line with the regional economic development, industry application background, the trend of employment guidance in order to make the major develop constantly and full of vitality. Based on the analysis of the change of industrial structure in Yangtze River Delta, which exerts an impact on electrical engineering personnel training specifications, this paper expounds the adjusting train of thought of the electrical engineering and automation professional direction in the local college. Besides, the paper puts forward two new professional directions of adapting to the local industrial structure change and presents the professional curriculum setting and the construction thinking of practical teaching.
