摘　　要：通过研究和分析ISCC标准和企业的实际需要,确定了软件服务外包人才的能力和素质需求。并在此基础上对课程体系进行优化设计,将知识传授、能力培养、素质提高有机结合起来,满足软件服务外包复合型人才的培养要求。Through the study and analysis of ISCC standard and the enterprise, the ability of software service outsourcing talents and quality requirements are determined. And on the basis of the curriculum system optimization and in organic combination with imparting knowledge, cultivating the ability and enhancing the quality, the talent training demands of the software service outsourcing can be met satisfactorily.
