舒适护理在鼻内镜治疗鼻息肉中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在鼻内镜治疗鼻息肉的应用效果情况。方法分析我院2013年1月至2014年8月收治的100例鼻息肉患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床分组,普通护理观察组为50例和舒适护理观察组50例。结果舒适护理观察组舒适度评价明显优于普通护理观察组,舒适护理观察组鼻息肉患者鼻息肉知识知晓率、治疗依从性和感染发生率均明显优于普通护理观察组,P<0.05,差异均优于统计学意义。结论舒适护理在鼻内镜治疗鼻息肉的应用可以有效的提高患者的舒适度和患者鼻息肉知识知晓率,降低术后感染的发生,利于临床治疗的顺利进行。Objective To approach result of treatment nasal polyp in nasal endoscopy by comfortable nursing. Method To analyze 100 cases nasal polyp patients clinical data in our hospital from 2013.1 to 2014.8, which is to be divided into two groups, general nursing observation group 50 cases and comfortable nursing observation group 50 cases. Result The comfort evaluation of comfortable nursing observation group was better than general nursing observation group, awareness rate of knowledge of nasal polyps, treatment compliance, incidence of infection of comfortable nursing observation group was better than general nursing observation group, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The comfort evaluation and awareness rate of knowledge of nasal polyps were increased by comfortable nursing, incidence of infection after operation were decreased, which is provided smooth progress of clinical treatment.
