复方丹参联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析复方丹参联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的临床疗效。方法收集我院2012年4月至2014年4月期间诊治的新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患者68例作为研究对象,采用随机分组的方式将患者分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各34例。对照组患者采用常规治疗模式,试验组在对照组的基础上加用复方丹参联合脑蛋白水解物治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示,试验组的治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参联合脑蛋白水解物治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病具有良好的临床疗效。Objective Analysis of compound salvia miltiorrhiza combined brain protein hydrolysate clinical curative effect for the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy Methods Collected from July 2011 to July 2013 during the diagnosis and treatment of 68 cases of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy patients as the research object, adopt the way of randomized patients were divided into trial group and control group, 34 cases in each group of patients. The control group were treated by routine therapy model, patients in the control group on the basis of treatment with compound salvia miltiorrhiza combined brain protein hydrolysate, to analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients. Results The results showed that the curative effect of treatment group was better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound danshen combined brain protein hydrolysate in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy has good curative effect.
