摘　　要：扼要介绍了各种形式塑料(件)与金属(件)之间不可拆卸连接的机理、影响质量因素、特点,以及若干应用实例,包括铆接、压力装配、搭扣连接、粘接、焊接、金属嵌件连接、包覆、涂覆、金属半固态连接、金属可熔合状态连接、塑料镀金属等。从连接机理、实现连接的作用因素、完成连接所处阶段、工艺通用性和用途等方面对这些连接方法进行了比较和讨论。基于连接机理和目前的认识,塑料(件)与金属(件)之间存在机械连接、粘接、熔接和塑料镀金属4类不可拆卸连接。The mechanism, the factors affecting the quality, characteristics, and some application examples for the non-disassemble connection between all kinds of plastic and metal（piece） are introduced briefly, while connection contains riveting, pressure assembly, buckles connection, bonding, welding, metal insert connection, encapsulation, coating, metal semi-solid connection, the metal fused connection, plastic metallized, and so on. These connections are discussed from the connection mechanism, contributing factor for the achieved connection, phase for the completed connection, process versatility, purpose, and so on. There are four non-disassemble connections between plastic and metal（piece） such as mechanical connection, bonding, welding, and plastic metallized.
