摘  要:采用不同的应变速率进行拉伸试验,研究了应变速率对TC4合金抗拉强度及拉伸曲线的影响。结果表明,对于TC4合金,其抗拉强度受应变速率影响较为敏感,随应变速率的提高呈现不断增大的趋势,对比GB/T228.1-2010规定的几个应变速率范围,在范围4内浮动时对抗拉强度的影响较范围3更为显著;应变速率的改变也会对拉伸曲线造成影响,由第一速率转变到第二速率时会造成应力突变,第二速率越大,这种突变现象就越明显。通过透射电镜观察了组织中位错的变化情况,并对拉伸速率改变导致拉伸曲线产生应力突变的原因进行了探索。The effects of strain rate on the tensile strength and stress-strain curve of TC4 alloy was researched. The results show that the tensile strength of the alloy is sensitive to strain rate, the tensile strength exhibits continuous increasing trend with increasing strain rate. Compared with several strain rate recommended in GB/T228.1-2010, the change of strain rate in the scope of 3 has more pronounced effect on tensile strength than scope of 4. It also has an effect on the stress-strain curve,which can lead to sudden change of stress when the strain rate alteres from first rate to second rate, the bigger the second rate is, the more remarkable sudden change of stress is. The reasons for sudden change on stress-strain curve, caused by the change of strain rate, were researched by observing the dislocation using TEM.
