摘 要:通过与Q235钢做对比,研究了宝钢生产的高性能马氏体耐磨钢BW450在含高浓度石英砂的3.5wt%Na Cl浆体中的腐蚀磨损行为;并研究了流速和腐蚀环境对磨蚀行为的影响。结果表明:BW450钢在不同磨蚀环境下均表现出较好的耐磨蚀性,这与其较高的硬度(HB480)和单一的板条马氏体组织及Cr的加入有关。随流速的增加,两种钢的磨蚀量增大,当速率超过某一值,两种钢由于发生严重腐蚀磨损,磨蚀速度加快;随腐蚀环境的的加剧,Q235钢的表面形貌依次为挤出棱、磨蚀坑和均匀磨蚀;BW450钢的表面形貌依次为犁削坑、磨蚀坑和更多磨蚀坑。The erosion-corrosion behavior of BW450 wear resistance steel in 3.5wt% NaCl slurry with high concentration quartz sands was investigated. By comparing with Q235 steel. The effects of velocity and corrosive environment on the corrosion behavior were studied. The results show that BW450 steel has better erosion-corrosion resistance performance in various condition, which can contribute to the higher hardness(HB480), lath martensite microstructure and addition of Cr.With increasing the velocity, the mass loss of both steels increases. There is a critical flow velocity above which the erosion corrosion rate is sped up. With the corrosive environment changing from alkaline to neutral, acid condition, the wear surface of the steel is extrusion edge, abrasive pit and uniform abrasion respectively. The wear surface of BW450 steel is plowing pit,abrasive pit and more abrasive pit.
