摘 要:针对双金属带锯条在热处理和使用过程中出现的质量问题,即在齿背弹簧钢中出现疲劳裂纹和断裂,及使用过程中齿尖M42高速钢耐磨性不足的现象,对双金属带锯条进行检测分析。发现齿尖M42高速钢中存在大颗粒的未溶碳化物,且碳化物大小不均匀,并且齿尖边缘部位组织粗大,存在脱碳,这是齿尖耐磨性不足的主要原因;背部弹簧钢中存在夹杂物,形成应力集中而产生微裂纹,在周期性复杂应力作用下产生疲劳裂纹,这是锯条失效的主要原因。Aiming at bi-metal band saw blades quality problems appearing in the process of heat treatment and using,which was crack or burst in the matrix, and the phenomenon of insufficient hardness, the quality problem of double metal band saw blade were tested and analysed. The results show that there are large dissolve carbide particles in M42 high speed steel of tooth, which were uneven in carbide size, and decarburization and bulky microstructure are discovered in the tooth edge parts, they are the main reasons of the lack of tooth abrasion resistance; Inclusions existing in the back of the spring steel forming stress concentration and tiny crack, under the complex stress function of periodic, formed the stress concentration and fatigue crack, there are the main failure modes of the saw blades.
