摘　　要：目的探讨踝关节镜下微骨折手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗距骨软骨损伤的效果。方法 26例距骨软骨损伤患者均在踝关节镜下行微骨折手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗,术后行踝关节功能锻炼。结果术后患者的AOFAS评分较术前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第8周时,应用Tegner运动评级标准评价疗效,优良率为88%。结论关节镜下微骨折手术联合玻璃酸钠关节腔内注射治疗距骨软骨损伤临床效果好,值得推广应用。Objective Discussion injections of sodium hyaluronate talar cartilage damage effects of intra-articular arthroscopic microfracture surgery ankle joint glass.Methods 26 cases of patients talar cartilage damage in the ankle arthroscopic microfracture surgery combined with intraarticular injections of sodium hyaluronate,postoperative functional exercise ankle.Results Patients with postoperative AOFAS scores improved significantly compared with that before surgery,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the first eight weeks after surgery,application Tegner rating criteria to evaluate the efficacy of exercise,good rate is 88%.Conclusion Arthroscopic microfracture surgery combined with intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate good clinical effect of talar cartilage injury should be widely applied.
