摘  要:热力管网系统中存在着智能化和自动化程度不高的问题,传统热力站和管网中仪器仪表具有接入网络困难、监测数据不及时、数据开放性不够等问题,呈现出一个个的信息孤岛。物联网技术能够提供感知设备的全面接入、数据的实时监测和共享,目前已经在建筑物节能、污水处理、消防、热力、水/电/燃气系统等行业领域得到广泛应用。所设计的热力管网系统的物联网网关可对热力参数进行实时检测,并将热力管网的状态实时传送给接入管理平台和数据库服务器,各个管理部门能够及时地监控热力管网的工作状态与运行情况。Thermal pipe network system is lower in intelligence and automation levels. The instruments and sensors in the traditional thermal station and the pipe network are difficult to access network,can not monitor data timely and are insufficient in data openness. That′s why the information islands appear. The Internet of Things(IoT)technology can provide fully accessing, data realtime monitoring and sharing of perception device. It has been widely used in the building energy saving,wastewater treatment,fire control,heating power,water/ electricity /gas system and other fields. The IoT gateway can monitor thermodynamic parameters in real time and transmit the realtime state of heat pipe network to the accessing management platform and the database server. Each administrative department can timely monitor the working state of the thermal pipe network system and its running status.
