探讨连续护理措施在胃癌术后围化疗期中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨连续护理干预措施在胃癌术后围化疗期中的应用效果.方法:选浙江省丽水市人民医院放射科2012-01/2013-01的112例胃癌术后化疗患者为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表法分为干预组与对照组,各56例.对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予连续护理干预,观察两组的临床护理应用效果.结果:干预组临床护理满意度为89.3%,对照组临床护理满意度为71.4%,干预组临床护理满意度明显的高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前干预组与对照组的焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)和抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分比较无明显的差异(P>0.05),统计学无意义;护理后干预组与对照组较护理前的SAS评分与SDS评分有明显的改善,且组间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床中对于胃癌术后围化疗期中实施连续性护理是可行的,能够提高临床护理效果,且改善患者不良情绪,更好的促进患者术后恢复,值得临床中应用.AIM： To assess the effect of continuous care intervention in gastric cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy. METHODS： One hundred and twelve gastric cancer patients who underwent postoperative chemotherapy at Lishui City People’s Hospital Radiology from January 2012 to January 2013 were randomly and equally divided into either an intervention group or a control group. The control group received routine care, and the intervention group were given continuous nursing intervention. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： The rate of satisfaction with clinical care was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the control group（89.3% vs 71.4%, P 〈 0.05）. Before care intervention, self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） score and self-rating depres-sion scale（SDS） score showed no significant differences between the two groups（P 〉 0.05）. After care intervention, SAS score and SDS scores improved more significantly in the intervention group than in the control group（P 〈 0.05）.CONCLUSION： Continuous nursing intervention in gastric cancer patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy can improve the effectiveness of clinical care and patients’ bad mood and promote better postoperative recovery, and is worthy of clinical application.
