摘　　要：目的研究组织蛋白酶B(cathepsins B,CB)在正常SD大鼠胃和十二指肠组织中的表达。方法采用免疫荧光组织化学的方法,观察CB在大鼠胃和十二指肠组织中的分布。结果 CB免疫反应阳性细胞分布在大鼠胃粘膜腺体的壁细胞、主细胞、颈粘液细胞,腺体基底部的肠嗜铬细胞呈阴性反应。CB免疫反应阳性细胞分布在十二指肠粘膜腺体的所有细胞,包括吸收细胞、杯状细胞和内分泌细胞。阳性物质分布于细胞质,细胞核阴性。结论 Cb可能在胃和十二指肠起着非常重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression of cathepsins B（CB）in rat stomach and duodenum. Methods The immunofluorescence histochemical method was used to observe the localization of CB in rat stomach and duodenum. Results CB immunoreactive cells were distributed in the parietal cells, principal cells, mucous neck cells,but not in enterochromaffin cells. In addition, all the gland cells of duodenal mucosa, including absorptive cells, goble cells and endocrine cells showed CB immunoreactivities. Conclusion CB might play a critical role in the stomach and duodenum.
