摘 要:目的探讨出血性卒中患者急性期外周血CD34、KDR/CD34、CDl33/CD34和CDll7/CD34阳性细胞水平变化及其意义。方法回顾性纳入2013年9月—.2014年4月江苏省海门市人民医院神经外科收治的急性出血性卒中患者30例,同时选取20名健康者作为对照组,利用FACSCalibur流式细胞仪分别于急性出血性卒中患者脑出血后第1~7天和对照组体检当天对外周血中CD34^+、KDR^+/CD34^+、CD133^+/CD34^+和CDll7^+/CD34^+细胞水平进行检测,使用CELLQuest软件获取数据并进行分析。结果外周血CD34‘细胞与KDR‘/CD34^+、CD133^+/CD34^+、CDll7^+/CD34^+细胞在出血性卒中后1—7d时均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。CD34^+和CDll7^+/CD34^+在1~2d时先下降,后逐渐上升;KDR^+/CD34^+和CD133^+/CD34^+细胞在1—5d时逐渐升高,均在5d达到最大值,分别为(14.8.4±3.5)×10^5和(16.7±3.3)×10^5。与1d时相比,CD34^+细胞在5、6d时分别为(27.44-6.3)×10^5和(25.4±5.7)×10^5,KDR^+/CD34^+、CD133^+/CD34^+细胞在4、5、6d时分别为(10.2±3.1)×10^5、(14.8±3.5)X10^5、(12.1±3.4)×10。和(14.3±3.6)X10^5、(16.7±3.3)X10^5、(13.1±4.0)×10^5,CDll7^+/CD34^+细胞在5d时为(21.3±4.2)×10^5,均高于脑出血后第1天,差异均有统计学意义(均P〈0.05)。在CD34^+群体中,与对照组相比,KDR^+/CD34^+细胞比例在1—7d时均降低,差异均具有统计学意义(均P〈0.05);CD133^+/CD34‘细胞比例在4d时为(65±4)%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);与1d相比,KDR^+/CD34^+细胞比例在5d时为(55±6)%,CD133^+/CD34^+时为(65±4)%,CDll7^+/CD34^+细胞比例在4d和5d时,分别为(69±6)%和(72±6)%,均出现升高,差异均有统计学意Objective To investigate the changes and significances of peripheral blood CD34, KDR/ CD34, CD133/CD34 ,and CD117/CD34 positive cell levels in patients with hemorrhagic stroke at the acute phase. Methods Thirty patients with acute hemorrhagic stroke admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Jiangsu Haimen People's Hospital from September 2013 to April 2014 were enrolled retrospectively. At the same time ,20 healthy subjects were selected as a control group. CD34^+, KDR ^+/CD34 ^+, CD133 ^+/CD34 ^+and CD117^+/CD34 6+ cell levels in peripheral blood were detected in patients with hemorrhagic stroke at day 1 to day 7 after cerebral hemorrhage and the day of physical e×amination of the control group using FACSCalibur flow cytometry. The data were obtained and analyzed using CELLQuest software. Results Peripheral blood CD34^+ cells and KDR+/CD34+ ,CD133^+/CD34^+ ,CDl17^+/CD34^+ cells at day 1 to day 7 after ischemie stroke were all lower than control group ( all P 〈 O. 05 ). CD34^+and CD117^+/ CD34 ^+ cells decreased firstly at day 1 and 2, then increased gradually ; KDR^+/CD34 ^+and CD133 ^+ / CD34 ^+cells increased gradually at day 1 to day 5, they were all reached the peak at day 5, which were ( 14.8 + 3.5 ) ~ 10^5 and ( 16.7 + 3.3 ) × 10^5 respectively. Compared with that at day 1, CD34 ^+cells at day 5 and 6 were (27.4 + 6.3 ) ~ 10^5 and (25.4 ± 5.7 ) 10^5 respectively; KDR ^+/CD34^+and CD133^+/ CD34^+cells at day4,5,and6 were (10.2+3.1) 10^5,(14.8+3.5) 10^5,(12.1±3.4) ×10^5 and (14.3±3.6) ×10^5,(16.7 ±3.3) ×lO^5,and (13.1 +4.0) l05,respeetively;CDl17+/CD34^+ cells at day 5 was (21.3 +4.2) × 10^5 ,which were all higher than the first day after cerebral hemorrhage (P 〈 0. 05 ). In the CD34 ^+cells, the proportion of KDR ^+/CD34^+ cells at day 1 to day 7 all decreased compared with the control group (all P 〈 0.05 ) ;the proportion of CD133 ^+/CD34 ^+ cells at
