凉血活血方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证68例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察凉血活血方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的临床疗效。方法 128例寻常性银屑病血热证患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组68例予以凉血活血方加减1剂,水煎服;对照组60例予以银屑灵膏33g,2次/d,口服。两组均外用0.1%丁酸氢化可的松乳膏和20%尿素霜2次/d,4周为1个疗程,共观察2个疗程,治疗前后分别做银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)评测。结果在疗程4周时治疗组和对照组疗效相当(P>0.05);疗程8周时,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组有效率亦高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药凉血活血方治疗寻常性银屑病血热证的疗效肯定,安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Liangxue Huoxue decoction in treating psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome, Methods One hundred and twenty eight patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. Sixty eight patients in treatment group were given one dose of Liangxue Huoxue decoction every day, and the other 60 cases in control group were given Yinxieling paste 33g each time, twice a day. All patients were treated with 0.1% hydrocortisone butyrate cream and 20% urea cream twice a day. All patients were treated for eight weeks, taking 4 weeks as a course. PASI scoring was done before and after treatment. Results There was no statistic difference between the two groups at the end of fourth week（ P 〉 0.05 ）. After 8 weeks, the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate of the treatment group was also higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Liangxue Huoxue decoction is ef- fective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood-heat syndrome.
