先天性耳瘘误诊为表皮样囊肿1例

摘　　要：患儿女,2岁。因发现左颞部皮下肿物1年半行手术切除,病理诊断为"表皮样囊肿"。术后5个月肿物复发,再次入院后考虑为表皮样囊肿复发。术中发现肿物基底较深,探针自毛囊角栓插入,发现肿物基根部延伸至颞骨骨膜,骨质完整,与颅内无相通。诊断:瘘管并感染。A 2-year-old girl had a history of incision for the subcutaneous mass on the left temporal 1.5 years ago,histological diagnosed as epidermoid eysh Five months after surgery, the tumor relapsed. The second surgery found that the tumor had a wide hase sticking to the temporal hone periosteum when the probe was inserted from the keratinized hair cyst. The hone was intact and no duel was found into the inner skull. A diagnosis was made as fistula complicated with infection.
