克痤隐酮凝胶联合芩连片治疗轻中度痤疮46例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨克痤隐酮凝胶联合芩连片治疗轻中度痤疮的疗效。方法 90例患者随机分成两组,治疗组外用克痤隐酮凝胶联合芩连片口服;对照组外用维A酸乳膏。两组外用药治疗均为8周。结果治疗4周时治疗组与对照组有效率分别为47.83%和34.09%,治疗8周时两组有效率分别为76.09%和52.27%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论克痤隐酮凝胶联合芩连片治疗轻中度痤疮疗效优于维A酸乳膏,疗效肯定。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Kecuoyintong Gel combined with Qinlian tablet for mild to moderate ache. Methods Ninety patients were randomly assigned into two groups. The treatment group administered Kecuoyintong gel combined with Qinlian tablet orally and the control group used vitamin-A acid cream externally. The study last for 8 weeks. Results After the 4-week treatment the efficacy of the treatment and control group were 47.83% and 34.09% respectively ,which turned to be 76.09% and 52.27% respectively after 8 weeks. The difference of efficacy was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of Kecuoyintong gel combined with Qinlian tablet are superior to vitamin-A acid cream.
