摘  要:针对新型耐腐蚀接地网材料不锈钢包钢复合材料的铝热焊技术,以铝粉、氧化亚铜和氧化铜为基体,添加铜磷合金、硼酐和硅钡钙等合金粉末研制出专用铝热焊粉,并对接头组织形貌、物理和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,研制的新型焊粉可以获得完好的不锈钢包钢接头,接头表面光滑,内部无气孔、夹渣和裂纹等缺欠。焊粉熔体熔点、焊接接头电阻值和强度指标达到进口焊粉水平,优于国内市售焊粉,完全可以满足新型接地装置的工程应用。By taking aluminum powder,cuprous oxide and copper oxide as the matrix and adding Cu-P alloys,boron oxide and Si-Ba-Ca alloys powder,the aluminum thermite was prepared for corrosion-resistant stainless steel clad steel advanced grounding grid composite materials.The microstructures,physical and mechanical properties of stainless steel clad steel joints were studied.The results showed the exothermic welded joint of stainless steel clad steel joints welded has good appearance,and No porosity,slag and cracks exist.The melting point of exothermic welding powder,the resistance of joints,and tensile strength reach the level of the foreign exothermic welding powder,and are better than that of domestic exothermic welding powder,which can meet the engineering application of the advanced grounding devices.
