摘 要:研究了不同厚度3.5 Ni钢的焊接试板在经历和产品同样温度的热成形加热及同样条件的冷却后,焊缝组织结构和力学性能的变化。通过适当规范的热处理,可使经历高温热过程的焊缝组织和力学性能达到母材同样的水平,为避免在高温成形后刨去焊缝重新焊接造成的焊接材料和能源、工时浪费提供了工艺依据。The welded 3.5%-Ni steel plates subjected to the different hot processing were tested.It is proved that high temperature in the hot forming process can significantly reduce the mechanical properties and have the great influence on the microstructure of weld metal and HAZ.And subsequently additional heat treatments that are equivalent to normalization and tempering could eliminate these harmful effects and make both the properties and structure be restored and even improved.This result provides a reliable basis for the manufacturing of low-temperature steel products.
