摘　　要：目的探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染对妊娠晚期肝功能及妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析住院分娩妊娠晚期(孕28周以上)HBsAg阳性孕妇90例(A组)和同期住院的HBsAg阴性妊娠晚期孕妇171例(B组)肝功能变化及妊娠结局资料。结果两组肝功能指标异常发生率相仿(P>0.05);两组间剖宫产率及妊娠并发症的发生率差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 HBV感染对妊娠晚期影响程度较轻,对妊娠结局无明显影响。Objective To explore the influence of hepatitis B virus （HBV） infection on liver function in late pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes. Methods The lever function in the late pregnancy （over 28 weeks） and pregnancy outcome were compared between the pregnant woman with HBsAg- positive（group A,90 cases） and those without HBV infection（group B, 171 cases）. Results There were no significant differences in the incidence rates of abnormal liver functions in the late pregnancy, Cesarean section and pregnancy-related complications between two groups （P〉0. 05）.
