摘  要:采用2,4-二硝基氟苯为柱前衍生试剂,建立测定三七中三七素含量的柱前衍生反相高效液相色谱法;采用Luna-C18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm)、乙腈和HAc-Na Ac为流动相(17∶83),检测波长360nm,柱温40℃,20μL进样,在0.40μg/m L—1.2mg/m L浓度范围内,色谱峰面积与三七素含量线性关系良好,回归方程为A=123.5×103c+136.7,R=0.9987,RSD=1.5%,三七幼苗叶中三七素含量最高。该方法操作简便、快速、准确,选择性好,可用于植物、药物和食品中三七素含量的测定。This paper established a method to determine the Dencichine in Panax notoginseng by pre - column derivatization HPLC with 1 - Fluoro - 2,4 - dinitrobenzene( FDNB). A Luna - C18 column (4.6mm ×250mam, 5μm) was used, acetonitrile - HAc - NaAc as the mobile phase with the ratio of 17:83, the detection wavelength was 360nm, column temperature was 40℃, and 20 μL of the sample was injected for HPLC analysis. In 0.40μg/mL - 1.2mg/mL, the method had a good linear relationship, R = 0.9987, RSD = 1.5 % . It was the fresh leaves with the highest concentration of the Dencichine in Panax notoginseng. The method was simple, rapid, accurate and could be used for the detection of dencichine in other plants samples.
