环渤海地区金融与区域经济系统耦合协调度研究

摘　　要：切实加强和改善对金融的管理指导、支持服务,促进金融可持续发展,是推动区域经济实现科学发展的基础条件和必然要求。运用AHP-EVM组合赋权法和耦合协调度模型建造金融与区域经济的耦合协调评价指标体系,对环渤海地区的金融及区域经济耦合协调的演化过程进行分析,提出了促进环渤海金融与区域经济协调发展的政策建议。Finance affected the development of economic society profoundly with its own way. Strengthening and improving the management of financial guidance and support the service, promoting financial sustainable development was the basic condition and necessary requirement to promote the scientific development of regional economy. Using the method of AHP - EVM entry combination empowerment and coupling coordination degree model, this paper constructed financial development and regional economic development coupled coordination evaluation index system, analyzed on the evolution of the process and proposed suggestions to promote the development of finance and regional economic.
