滇西北产业结构演替及其生态环境效应研究

摘　　要：滇西北地区是众多大江大河的中上游区,承担着中国乃至周边国家的生态屏障功能。基于1995—2013年统计数据,定量评价了该地区产业结构演替及其对生态环境的影响,并从主体功能区的角度重点分析了滇西北各州市产业结构演进的差异及其原因。研究发现:当全国经济进入"三产化"时代时,滇西北地区却出现了独特的"逆三产化"的现象。近十年来,滇西北地区的产业结构生态环境影响指数属于中等,总体上是上升的,说明其产业结构变化加大了该生态脆弱区的环境保护压力。Northwestern Yunnan situated along the great rivers, was an important ecological protection between China and South - east Asian. This paper used the statistical data of 1995 - 2013, made an quantitative analysis on the industrial structure evolution and its eco - environmental effect. Research showed that during the past 19 years, there was great change in industrial structure in northwestern Yunnan, which provided a particular result ： Counter tertiary industrialization. While the influence index of industrial structure on eco - environment was moderate, which rose year by year, indicating that the evolution of industrial structure exerted an negative eco - environmental effect.
