摘　　要：目的:通过对日间手术患者满意度的调查,评价目前日间手术的实施效果,找出存在的问题,为促进日间手术的发展提供参考。方法:通过对上海市3家三级甲等医院300名日间手术患者的问卷调查和访谈,包括患者的基本信息、日间手术认知、手术流程、手术支付、术后不适应症以及满意度情况等6个方面,并结合因子分析的方法,对3家医院日间手术开展的效果进行评价。结果:3家医院日间手术开展的效果较好,医务人员的服务态度是影响患者满意度的主要因素。结论:日间手术在开展过程中,需要良好的医患沟通,院方需做好日间手术的宣教工作,尊重患者的知情权。Objectives： To evaluate the effect of day surgery, find out problems and provide reference for promoting the development of day surgery by the investigation on the satisfaction of patients in day surgery. Method： 300 patients in 3 top tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were selected to have a questionnaire and interviews, including personal information, understanding, operation process, payment and satisfaction. Factor analysis method was applied to appraisal the effect of day surgery. Result： The 3 hospitals do well in day surgery and the attitude of medical staff plays a major role in improving the level of patients’ satisfaction. Conclusions： Promoting day surgery service needs good doctor-patient communication, health education and respecting patient’s informed rights.
