摘　　要：目的:探讨超声危急值报告在医疗安全中的作用。方法:回顾分析我院2012年3月-2014年3月建立超声危急值报告制度的运行方式,对建立超声危急值报告前后两年间发生的危急患者医疗干预时间、及时干预率、干预成功率、医疗不良结果、医疗纠纷率等进行比较。结果:电子病历信息平台危急值报告与电话通知危急值报告同用是较安全的报告管理方式,对危急患者的及时干预率和干预成功率明显提高(P<0.05),开始干预时间显著缩短(P<0.01),医疗不良结果和医疗纠纷明显降低(P<0.01)。结论:超声危急值报告可有效降低医疗隐患,保障医疗安全。Objectives：To explore the role of ultrasound critical values report on assuring medical safety. Methods： The intervention time, intervention on time rate, successful intervention rate, default events and medical dispute rate in critical patient were compared before and after implementing ultrasound critical values report system which was implemented from Mar, 2012. Results： Electronic medical record information platform critical value report and telephone report are safe mode for critical value report. The intervention on time rate and successful intervention rate are significantly promoted （P〈0.05）, intervention time is shortened （P〈0.05）, medical default events and medical dispute are also significantly decreased （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： ultrasound critical values report can effectively decrease hidden risk and assure medical safety.
