摘　　要：医院物业服务外包是医院后勤服务社会化的重要举措,实践证明是提升医院服务质量、减轻医院人力成本负担、规避医院用工风险的有效之举。本文通过对医院物业外包管理服务、成本和风险影响控制因素分析,提出相应对策,以求达到经济社会效用最大化。Hospital property services outsourcing is an important measure of hospital logistics services socialization. It is proved an effective move to raise the quality of hospital services, to reduce the human cost burden and avoid the risk of hospital employment by way of practice. The paper proposes countermeasures in order to maximize economic and social utility based on the analysis of impact and control factors of services, cost and risk in hospital property outsourcing management.
