摘　　要：本文从区域产业技术创新体系的内涵入手,从实现创新转型的重大战略、产业转型升级两方面分析了山东省区域产业技术创新体系建设的战略需求,研究了区域产业技术创新的自主创新、引进创新及消化吸收再创新、集成创新、协同创新等四种创新模式,从核心主体、支撑体系、关键保障体系、配套服务体系等四个层面构建支撑全产业链的山东省产业技术创新体系,并提出了关于加快区域产业技术创新体系建设的建议与对策。From the meaning of the regional industrial technology innovation system, the paper analyzes the strategic needs of the in- dustrial technology innovation system of Shandong from two aspects： major strategic transformations, and industrial transformation and upgrading. It studies four innovative models of regional industrial technology innovation ： independent innovation, absorption and inno- vation, integrated innovation, collaborative innovation. The whole industry chain is established to support the industry in Shandong province from four levels： technology innovation system core body, support system, key security system, supporting service sys- tem. Finally it proposes some countermeasure recommendations to speed up the construction of the regional industrial technology innova- tion system.
