子痫前期产妇血清MMP2、MMP9含量检测及胎盘床血流动力学异常情况评估

摘　　要：目的：研究子痫前期产妇血清基质金属蛋白酶2、9（MMP2、MMP9）含量及胎盘床血流动力学异常情况。方法：将2011年3月~2013年8月期间在我院确诊的子痫前期产妇50例纳入研究的观察组,同期在我院进行产前检查和分娩的正常妊娠产妇50例纳入研究的对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中MMPs的蛋白含量,采用Western-blot的方法检测胎盘组织中MMPs的蛋白含量;采用彩色多普勒超声检测胎盘床的血流动力学。结果：两组产妇血清中和胎盘组织中MMP1、MMP3的蛋白含量无差异;观察组产妇血清中和胎盘组织中MMP2、MMP9的蛋白含量均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组产妇胎盘床血管的搏动指数（PI）、阻力指数（RI）、收缩期最大速度与舒张末期速度比值（S/D）高于对照组,时间平均流速（TAV）低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：子痫前期产妇胎盘组织和血清中MMP2、MMP9含量异常降低,胎盘床血流阻力增大、灌注量减少。Objective：To study the MMP2,MMP9 content in preeclampsia maternal serum and placental bed hemodynamic abnormality.Methods：A total of 50 preeclampsia patients in our hospital from 2011 March to 2013 August were enrolled as observation group,50 cases of normal pregnant women received prenatal care and delivery in our hospital during the same period were enrolled in control group.Then protein contents of MMPs in serum were assayed by ELISA,protein contents of MMPs in placental tissue were assayed by western-blot,placental bed hemodynamic conditions were assayed by color Doppler ultrasound.Results：There was no difference of MMP1,MMP3 protein content in serum and placenta tissue of two groups.MMP2,MMP9 protein contents in serum and placenta tissue of observation group were lower than those of control group;placenta vascular bed PI,RI,S/D of observation group were higher than those of control group.TAV was lower than that of control group.Conclusions：MMP2,MMP9 content in serum and placenta tissue of preeclampsia pregnant women is abnormally decreased,placenta bed flow resistance is increased,and perfusion volume is reduced.
