摘　　要：本文通过IT运维管理系统的开发和应用实践,着重加强运维流程的管理和学科建设,使科室管理工作及学科建设更加契合新的三级医院信息管理的规范要求。Through the development and application practice of IT operation and maintenance management system, this paper focuses on strengthening the management of operational processes and subject construction, to make the department management and suhject construction fit the requirements of new tertiary hospital informatinn management.
