摘　　要：随着我国铁路大面积提速及高速铁路的快速发展,综合自动化技术在铁路牵引供电系统中得到广泛应用,因此对变电所运行人员和管理人员提出了较高的专业技能要求。该文以TA21综合自动化监控系统为平台,在此基础上开发了牵引变电所电气主接线设计、系统配置、运行与维护三大部分的培训项目。通过系统培训和学员练习,能快速提高现场职工和在校学生的专业技能,并对促进专业课程的教学改革有着重要的现实意义。With the acceleration of the speed of more railways and the rapid development of high speed rail, integrated automation technology has been widely used in railway traction power supply system, so it proposes higher skill requirements for the substation operational staff and manager. This article takes TA21 integrated automation monitoring system as the platform, develops the training program for the main wiring design, system configuration, operation and maintenance of electric traction substation. Through systematic training and exercises, the professional skills of field staff and students can be quickly improved, so it has important practical significance for promoting the teaching curriculum reform.
