嘉鱼县土地利用结构与经济结构的协调性分析

摘　　要：土地利用结构与经济结构的协调性影响着土地资源的可持续利用和社会经济的可持续发展。该研究运用典型相关模型,在分析嘉鱼县产业结构变化特点和土地利用结构变化趋势的基础上,研究了嘉鱼县土地利用结构与经济结构的协调性。结果表明:1嘉鱼县工业化发展已达到一定水平,但第一产业比重依然较高,第三产业水平不高,工业处于发展期,产业结构并不合理;2各类用地中,以水域及水利设施用地比重最高,其次是耕地,再就是林地;3农用地中,以草地变化动态度最大,其次是林地,再就是园地,最后是耕地;4城镇村工矿用地和交通用地比例上升了1.02%,但交通运输用地略有减少,建设用地增加主要表现为城镇村工矿用地增加;5产业结构的演化过程中,产业发展依然表现为建设用地的增加和农业用地的减少,特别是林地的减少;6用地结构演变促进产业发展和产业机构演变不利于产业长期的稳定发展。The sustainable use of land resources and the sustainable development of social economy are affected by the coordination between land use structure and the economic structure. Based on data of land use structure and the economic structure of Jayu, the coordination was an- alyzed by canonical correlation model. The results showed that ： （1） the level of primary industry still keeps in a higher proportion, and tertiary industry level is not high. The industrial structure is not reasonable ; （2） The highest proportion of land is water facilities, followed by the cultivated land, and forest land; （3） Dynamic change of grassland is the largest, followed by woodland, garden, and cultivated land; （4） Urban, village, industrial and mining land had increased during 2003 -2012; （5） Industrialization is still characterized by the increase of construction land and decrease of agricultural land, especially for forestry land; （6） Coordination between land use structure and the economic structure is not conducive to industrial long-term stable development.
