从国外农业经济DEA的应用谈我国家庭农场经营效益评价

摘　　要：针对我国家庭农场评价体系尚未成熟的状况,借鉴国外农业经济DEA方法的应用经验,分析国内家庭农场经营效益的评价现状,对我国家庭农场经营效益可采用的方法进行了探讨。并从家庭农场的规模化评价、经营效益的综合评价及经济效益的影响因素分析3方面,总结了国外农业经济DEA应用中可借鉴的经验:家庭农场的评价应对农场生产经营中的各因素进行精细化划分;需将各因素等效为数值的形式输入DEA评价系统;研究系统需要不断地优化改进,以期最终实现家庭农场生产要素的最优配置。The available methods of China＇ s family farm management benefit in the case of its＇ evaluation system＇ s premature were discussed, which way we employed are to study the application of DEA in foreign agricultural economy and analyze the current situation of domes- tic family farm management benefit evaluation. The feasible experience from the DEA applications in foreign agricultural economy was summarized, which in terms of the family farm＇ s scale evaluation, the management benefit＇ s comprehensive evaluation and the economic benefit in- fluencing factors ＇ analysis. The feasible experience are refinement of partition to factors of farm production and business operation ; enter factors to the DEA evaluation system in the form of value; the constantly optimized improvement of this system, and finally to achieve the optimal allocation of family farm production factors.
