摘  要:目的了解市区和县区碘营养状况,并对改进后的方法进行验证。方法随机抽取400名8~10岁学龄儿童进行尿碘测定,尿碘检测采用砷铈催化分光光度法。结果改进后方法的检出限为7.12μg/L,相对标准偏差介于1.61%-3.44%,不同浓度尿样的平均加标回收率介于98.25%~102.45%,市区和县区的尿碘中位数相近。结论改进后的方法线性,准确度和精密度符合要求,被监测地区儿童碘营养状况良好。Objective To investigate iodine nutrition status of children 8-10 years in cities and counties and to validate the improved method. Methods A total of 400 children 8-10 years old were randomly selected from those districts. The urinary iodine was measured by Ce arsenic acid digestion. Results The limit of detection is 7.12μg/L, and the relative standard deviation is in the range of 1.61%-3.44%. The method has been applied to the determination of iodine in urine samples, and the recoveries are in the range of 98.25%-102.45%. Conclusion The linearity, precision and accurancy were consistent with the experimental standard. The iodine nutrition status of school children was basically adequate in those areas.
