云南省高校大学生对同性恋的认知与态度调查研究

摘　　要：目的了解云南省医学院校和理工院校大学生对同性恋现象的认知及态度,为不同学科高校开展有针对性的健康教育提供基础资料和科学依据。方法采用便利抽样方法,对云南省医学和理工两所高校532名大学生进行匿名问卷调查,其中医科大学264名,理工大学268名。结果医学生对主观认知的了解度比理工生高10%,而客观知识部分的及格率仅高理工生5%;有34.1%的医学生和28.7%的理工生认为同性恋是正常行为;42.4%医学生对同性恋群体的接受度高于27.2%理工生,并且差异均有统计学意义(χ2=13.5,P<0.05);对亲人是同性恋的接受度(27.0%)明显低于对朋友的接受度(49.3%)。结论两所高校大学生的主观认知和客观知识的了解程度不一致;对同性恋群体排斥与包容并存,且存在认识不足和偏差,建议在高校中尽快针对不同的学科背景大学生开展性健康教育,培养并树立其健康、理性、客观和积极的性认知和态度。Objective To systematically understand the cognition and attitude towards homosexuality of students in medical college and institute of technology. Methods Using the well-designed questionnaire, 264 students from a medical college and 268 students from an institute of technology were investigated. Results Regarding the proportion of subjective cognition, medical students is higher than technology students by 10%, and the difference on objective knowledge pass rate is only 5%. 34.1% medical students believe that homosexuality is a normal behavior and only 28.7% students from the institute of technology hold such an attitude. Meanwhile, acceptability to homosexuality is 42.4% in medical college students while 27.2% in institute of technology, and the difference was statistically significant （x^2=13.5, P〈0.05）. On the other hand, both medical college students and technological students have lower acceptance in their relatives （27.0%） than friends （49.3%） for the homosexuality. Conclusion The study shows that the students from different universities had different cognition and attitude towards homosexuality. Given the relatively low acceptability towards homosexuality among the surveyed undergraduate students, the authors suggest that promoting the sexual health education for different major students to build up the healthy and rational, objective and positive attitude and cognition towards homosexuality.
