药物封闭配合艾姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎60例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察封闭配合艾姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床效果。方法:120例随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,两组均用常规药物封闭治疗,治疗组加用艾姜灸治疗。结果:痊愈率治疗组95.0%,对照组66.7%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组复发率较对照组低。结论:药物封闭配合艾姜灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎效果明显优于单用药物封闭。Objective ： to observe the closed with ai ginger moxibustion for treatment of elbow pain. Methods ： 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, were treated by conventional closed and closed ai ginger moxibustion therapy, and the data of before and after treatment were compared.Results ： control group total effective rate 95.0%, the cure rate was 66.7%. The treatment group was better than control group, treatment group recurrence rate is low, relapse rates were higher in the control group. Conclusion： practical closed with ai ginger moxibustion effect in the treatment of elbow pain is better than single closed group.
