冯氏排针法治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察冯氏排针法治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的临床疗效。方法:68例(脱落1例)随机分为两组,治疗组34例用冯氏排针法沿病灶肋间神经给予针刺同时配合病灶肋间神经对应夹脊穴针刺治疗对照组33例用美洛昔康片、卡马西平片,治疗7天观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果:治疗组视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分明显高于对照组,临床疗效优于对照组。结论:冯氏排针法治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛具有较好的临床疗效。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of Fengshi arrangement acupuncture method for Intercostal Neuralgia Subsequent to Herpes Zoster.Method： 68 patients of Intercostal Neuralgia Subsequent to Herpes Zoster were divided into two groups.Lesions of intercostal nerve were given acupuncture treatment by Fengshi arrangement acupuncture method in treatment group, at the same time, acupuncture treatment by it＇ s paravertebral point were given once daily, needle retaining 30 minutes once.In control group： Meloxicam tablets 15mg once daily, Carbamazepine tablets 100mg three times daily. Treatment for 7 days.The VAS score general efficacy were observed and compared.Result： Compared with control group, the VAS score in treatment group was significantly higher, the general efficacy is better.Conclusion： Fengshi arrangement acupuncture method has a better clinical efficacy for Intercostal Neuralgia Subsequent to Heroes Zoster.
