新建本科院校体育师资队伍建设的问题与对策

摘　　要：本文采用文献资料法、综合概述等方法,对新建本科院校中体育师资队伍的建设与发展进行了研究,总结出新建本科院校体育教师队伍目前存在结构不合理、科研水平较低、体育教师专业技能水平不高等问题。同时提出了相应的对策:合理引进人才、适时开展青年教师岗前后培训工作、做好师资队伍的长远规划等。This paper,using the methods of literature review and comprehensive overview,makes analysis on sports teaching staff construction in newly built colleges,sums up that the newly built college’s sports teachers present structure is unreasonable,the low level of scientific research,sports teachers＇professional skills level is not high,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures：reasonable talent introduction and timely to carry out before and after the post training of young teachers work,completes the teaching staff of long -term planning, etc.
