摘 要:根据油压分布与轮齿啮合的位置关系,分析了有侧隙与无侧隙齿轮泵主动齿轮、从动齿轮上的负载变化。基于啮合齿轮副的薄片化处理,建立了斜齿齿轮泵功率损耗、齿廓啮合载荷计算的数学模型,并通过理论推导得到了适用于直齿和斜齿齿轮泵啮合载荷计算的数学式。通过实例计算,针对有侧隙与无侧隙齿轮泵进行了对比分析,研究表明:参数相同、侧隙类型相同的直齿齿轮泵和斜齿齿轮泵相比,两者功率损耗、齿廓啮合载荷的变化趋势相同,数值相差也较小,而无侧隙齿轮泵与有侧隙齿轮泵相比,功率损耗与齿廓啮合载荷的变动幅值要小很多,且齿廓啮合载荷在工作过程中连续、无冲击,齿轮泵的无侧隙设计可有效降低齿轮泵的噪声值,且更有利于原动机的正常平稳工作。According to the relation of the oil pressure distribution and the gear teeth meshing,the load variations of driving gear and driven gear for helical gear pump with backlash or not are analyzed.The mathematical model used to calculate the power loss and meshing force for the helical gear pump is built based on the slice treatment of gear pair.Through the theoretical derivation,the calculation method of the meshing force that is suitable for the spur and helical gear pumps has been got.The computing applications at the helical gear pump with backlash or not is performed.The research shows that the power loss and meshing force of spur and helical gear pump change similarly,the differences of calculating values are also little when the parameters and backlash types are the same.The amplitude of the power loss and meshing force for gear pumps without backlash is much less than gear pumps with backlash.Moreover,the meshing force is continuous and smooth for gear pumps without backlash,the non-backlash design of gear pumps is beneficial to reduce the noise for itself and run smoothly for the prime movers.
