成都市18～40岁室内工作健康女性维生素D营养状况分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市区18-40岁室内工作健康女性的维生素D营养状况。方法在2011年9月测定成都市区18-40岁室内工作健康女性135例血25羟维生素D水平,作为观察组;与同期及同年11月份首次测定血25羟维生素D的患者比较,对照组9月份50例、对照组11月份42例,分析其血25羟维生素D水平差异。结果健康女性组血25羟维生素D水平（14.92±6.23）ng/ml与对照组11月份（14.70±5.94）ng/ml持平,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,远远低于同期对照组9月份水平（60.56±23.54）ng/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。健康女性组维生素D充足比2.96%、不足比12.59%及缺乏比84.44%与对照组11月份比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,缺乏和不足的比例为97.04%远高于对照组9月份的10%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论室内工作健康女性维生素D缺乏严重,这将极大地影响其健康,需要引起重视。Objective To learn the vitamin D status of healthy women working indoor aged from 18 to 40 years in Chengdu. Methods The serum 25-hydroxy vitamin d（ 25（ OH） D） of healthy women（ Group H） working indoor aged from18 to 40 years were tested in September 2011 and compared with the first tested serum 25（ OH） D of patients without the use of vitamin D agents in September（ Group S） and November（ Group N） 2011. Results The average 25（ OH） D level of Group H（ n = 135,14. 92 ± 6. 23ng/ml） was far lower than Group S（ n = 50,60. 56 ± 23. 54ng/ml）（ P〈0. 05）,No statistical difference existed between Group H and Group N（ n = 42,14. 70 ± 5. 94 ng / ml）（ P〉0. 05）. The rate of sufficiency（ 2. 96%）,insufficiency（ 12. 59%） and deficiency（ 84. 44%） of Group H was similar with that of Group N（ P〉0. 05）. The overall rate of insufficiency and deficiency of Group H（ 97. 04%） was far higher than that of Group S（ 10%）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The proportion of vitamin d insufficient and deficient is very high and the vitamin D status of healthy women working indoor aged from 18 to 40 years in Chengdu need to be improved.
