研究型大学与地方性大学组织整合机制的比较研究

摘　　要：本文在比较分析某研究型大学和某地方性大学具体案例的基础上,探讨了国内这两类大学在组织整合机制上的差异性,即:在中国高等教育系统这个金字塔结构中,位于金字塔塔尖的研究型大学,其组织整合机制越可能是以文化机制为主;位于金字塔中下层的地方性大学,其组织整合机制可能是科层机制的作用最大。最后从组织的角度具体分析了差异性产生的根源。This paper inquires into two cases of Chinese research universities and local universities. Based on case studies, the author clarifies the variances of organizational integration mechanism of the two different kinds of institutions, which are： 1） For research universities, the more topped in the pyramid structure of Chinese higher education system, cultural mechanism plays a more fundamental role in organizational integration; and 2） For local universities, the more bottomed in the pyramid structure of Chinese higher education system, bureaucratic mechanism plays the most important role in organizational integration. In the end of this paper, the author analyzes the source that engenders those variances above from a perspective of organizational theory.
