汕头地区高危人群中STD感染状况调查

摘　　要：目的:了解汕头地区高危人群中性传播疾病(STD)的流行情况,为STD的预防和控制提供依据。方法:2012年4月至2013年3月对汕头地区宾馆、酒吧、发廊、按摩浴足室从事商业性性服务的539例女性高危人群进行专项检查,并进行多项性病病原体的实验室检查。结果:感染人数为408例,感染率为75.7%。感染例数及感染率分别为解脲脲原体239例(44.3%)、尖锐湿疣110例(20.4%)、梅毒89例(16.5%)、霉菌性阴道炎83例(15.4%)、衣原体69例(12.8%)、淋病54例(10.0%),检出HIV感染者2例。结论:汕头地区高危人群中STD感染率明显高于普通人群,应该对此类人群加强管理,尤其是对其加强STD监测,并采取有效措施干预。Objective：To investigate the prevalence of sexually transmitted diseases （STD） among high-risk population in Shantou area,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of STD. Methods： During April 2012 to March 2013,special examinations and a number of laboratory tests of STD pathogens conducted in 539 female commercial sex workers at high risk for STD who worked In hotels,bars,hair salon,massage and feet-bathing room. Results： The number of STD patients was 408, the infection rate was 75. 7%. The number of patients infected ureaplasma urealyticum, condyloma acuminate, syphilis, fungal vaginitis, chlamydia and gonorrhea was 239,110,89,83,69 and 54 respectively,the corresponding infection rate was 44.3%,20.4%,16. 5%,15.4%,12. 8% and 10.0%; The number of patients infected HIV was 2. Conclusions： The infection rate was significantly higher among high-risk population than general population in Shantou area.The management and STD surveillance especially should be strengthen and effective interventions should be taken in high-risk population.
