改进的腹腔镜吸引器处理膀胱血块填塞的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨利用改进的腹腔镜吸引器处理膀胱内血凝块的安全性和有效性。方法:回顾分析2010-2013年三峡大学仁和医院收治的20例膀胱内血凝块形成患者的临床资料。患者在早期行局麻下清除血块,将腹腔镜吸引器用已将尾端剪去的橡皮塞封住,制备改进后的腹腔镜吸引器,并应用改进的腹腔镜吸引器处理膀胱内血凝块,观察改进后腹腔镜吸引器的安全性和有效性。结果与结论:经改进后的腹腔镜吸引器清除膀胱内血凝块安全有效。值得在临床中进一步推广。Objective： To investigate the safety and effectiveness of improved laparoscopic aspirator in processing bladder clot. Methods： 20 hospitalized patients with bladder clot in our department were retrospective analyzed. Laparoscopic aspirator was improved by rubber stopper with cutting tail. Patients were anesthetized and then the bladder clots were removed by the improved laparoscopic aspirator mentioned above. The safety and effectiveness of improved laparoscopic aspirator were investigated. Result and Conclusion： It is safe and effective to use improved laparoscopic aspirator in processing bladder clot. It worths further promotion.
