摘  要:目的探讨Henry入路掌侧解剖锁定钛板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的临床效果。方法自2010—03—2013-05采用Henry入路掌侧解剖锁定钛板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折73例,根据AO/ASIF分型:C1型骨折35例,C2型骨折26例,C3型骨折12例。结果所有患者均获得随访,时间10~18个月,平均12.9个月。所有骨折均达到骨性愈合,无感染、背侧肌腱激惹症状、腕管综合征、内固定失效等并发症发生。根据Dienst关节功能评估标准:优37例,良30例,可6例,优良率为91.8%;按照改良的McBride评分腕关节评估标准评定:优35例,良31例,可7例,优良率90.4%。结论Henry入路掌侧解剖锁定钛板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折,骨折复位固定满意,术后并发症少,有利于早期功能锻炼,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of palmar locking titanium plate via Henry approach for treatment of type C fractures of distal radius. Methods From March 2010 to May 2013, 73 cases were treated with palmar anatomic locking titanium plate through Henry approach ,and 35, 26, 12 patients were type C1, C2, C3 by AO/ASIF classification respectively. Results The follow-up period ranged from 10 to 18 months (mean 12.9 months). All cases showed clinical healing. Median nerve injury occurred in 5 cases. No complications such as infection ,loosening of implants ,carpal tunnel syndrome and tendon irritation occurred during the follow-up period. According to Dienst evaluation criteria, the operation results were excellent in 37 cases, good in 30, and fair in 6. The overall satisfactory results (excellent and good) were 91.8%. According to modified McBrides evaluation criteria, the results were excellent in 35 cases, good in 31, and fair in 7. The overall satisfactory results were 90.4%. Conclusion Type C fractures of distal radius can be effectively treated with anatomically palmar locking plate via Henry approach. The procedure has less complications, satisfactory reduction and internal fixation, and allows early rehabilitate functional recovery.
