黄芪消渴方联合二甲双胍片对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪消渴方联合二甲双胍片对气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响。方法将60例气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。其中对照组予二甲双胍片口服,根据血糖结果酌情调整剂量;治疗组予黄芪消渴方汤剂口服,每日1剂,配合二甲双胍片。两组观察周期为3个月。治疗前后测定糖化血红蛋白,并分别于治疗前、治疗后14 d、治疗后3个月测定空腹及三餐后血糖。结果治疗组二甲双胍片日平均用量少于对照组,且治疗组与对照组组间均衡性良好。治疗14 d、3个月后两组空腹及餐后2 h血糖值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组血糖值较对照组下降更为明显。在降低糖化血红蛋白方面治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。血糖疗效评定方面,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,对照组总有效率为70.00%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论黄芪消渴方联合二甲双胍片在改善气阴两虚型2型糖尿病患者糖代谢方面有显著疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of Astragalus Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin on blood glucose level of qi and yin deficiency type patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 60 type 2 diabetes patients of deficiency of both qi and yin were randomly and equally divided into two groups. The control group was treated with metformin tablets and the dose was adjusted according to the blood glucose level; the treatment group was treated with Astragalus Xiaoke decoction, one dose daily,combined with metformin tablets. Both groups were observed for 3 months. The fasting and after meals glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels were measured before treatment, 14 days after treatment, and 3 months after treatment. Results The average daily dosage of metformin in treatment group less than in control group, The treatment group and control group with good balance between groups. After the treatment of 14 d and 3 months, the 2 hours of fasting and postprandial blood glucose value of the two groups showed significant differences（P〈0.05）. The treatment group blood sugar value compared with the control group decreased more significantly. The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing glycated hemoglobin, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Glucose curative effect, the total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%; the control group the total efficiency is 70.00%. The total effective rate of treatment group was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.During the two groups were no adverse reaction. Conclusion Astragalus Xiaoke decoction combined with metformin tablets have significant effect on glucose metabolism in type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 in improving the deficiency of both qi and yin.
