复发性流产与Foxp3基因多态性的探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨Foxp3-924(rs2232365)基因位点多态性与复发性流产的相关性。方法选取2012年10月至2014年6月在广州医科大学附属第二医院妇科住院和门诊的复发性流产患者56例,和同期住院分娩的正常妊娠孕妇252例,应用PCR-SSP技术进行Foxp3-924(rs2232365)基因位点检测。结果复发性流产组Foxp3-924G/G、G/A、A/A表型频率分别为:0.1346、0.4615、0.4039;对照组分别为:0.1508、0.4087、0.4405。复发性流产组Foxp3-924 A、Foxp3-924G基因频率分别为:0.6346和0.3654;对照组分别为:0.6448和0.3552;Foxp3-924各种基因型频率在复发性流产组与正常对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Foxp3-924(rs2232365)位点基因多态性与复发性流产发生无显著相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between the distribution of Foxp3-924（rs2232365） genotypes and recurrent abortion. Methods 252 cases normal pregnant women and 56 cases recurrent abortion patients who were from the 2nd affiliated hospital of Guangzhou medical university in October 2012 to June 2014. The Foxp3-924 genotypes were identified by PCR-SSP technique. Results The genotype frequencies of Foxp3-924G/G, G/A, and A/A in recurrent abortion group were 0.1346, 0.4615 and 0.4039 respectively. The frequencies of Foxp3-924A and Foxp3-924 G in recurrent abortion group were 0.6346 and 0.3654 respectively. The genotype frequencies of Foxp3-924G/G, G/A and A/A in control group were 0.1508 0.4087 and 0.4405 respectively. The frequencies of Foxp3-924 A and Foxp3-924 G in control group were 0.6448 and 0.3552 re- spectively. There were no significant differences in the genotype frequencies of Foxp3-924G/A between recurrent abortion patients and control group （P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Gene Foxp3-924 polymorphisms is not significant associated with the occurrence of recurrent abortion.
