摘  要:连续管钻井是钻井技术发展的重要方向,连续管技术要满足钻井需要,要求连续管作业机注入头具有更大的功率,以适应大管径连续管的作业需求。通过对连续管注入头驱动系统进行相关力学计算,建立了注入头驱动系统关键参数优化设计方法,同时运用机械动态仿真软件RecurDyn建立了注入头链条驱动系统仿真模型,验证了优化结果的合理性。分析结果表明,参数优化后的驱动系统模型在相同的连续管线速度条件下运行平稳,各链节的晃动小;注入头驱动系统结构参数确定后,应用机械动力学仿真方法对系统动态特性进行仿真模拟可以减小设计的盲目性。The coiled tubing drilling is an important direction of the drilling technology development. To meet the needs of drilling, a more powerful injector head is needed to meet the operating requirement of the large diame- ter coiled tubing. By the mechanical calculating, the optimization design method of the key parameters of the coiled tubing injector head drive system is established. The simulation model of the injector head chain drive system is es- tablished by the mechanical dynamic simulation software RecurDyn to verify the reasonableness of the optimization results. The results show that, after parameter optimization, the drive system model results in a smooth operating condition and little shaking of each link at the same coiled tubing running speed. After the structural parameters of the injector head drive system is determined, the system dynamics simulation by the mechanical dynamics simula- tion method could reduce the blindness of design.
